WHAT IS TMS?

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is an FDA-cleared treatment for depression.   MRI-like magnetic pulses help increase activity in a precisely targeted area of the brain associated with mood regulation. 


Safely stimulating this specific area of the brain increases neuroplasticity and activity in these regions, and reduces depression symptoms.

DEEP TMS

At Square Medical Group, we provide Deep TMS using Brainsway's patented H-Coil.

While traditional TMS reaches a depth of about 0.7-1.1 cm, deep TMS can activate neurons up to  3.5 cm deep into the targeted brain area.

Deep TMS treatments last 18 minutes compared to the 37-minute traditional TMS protocol.
